Can the items be returned?
Returns are generally not accepted, but if an item is delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you may return the item to us within 14 days, and we will either offer you a full refund or supply a replacement.
Returns must be made within 14 days in the original undamaged packaging. Refunds will only be given for products in undamaged, unused condition.
In case you wish to return an item, please contact first our customer support via email and consequently send the item to the address below and include a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and action requested. I received a damaged item, what can i do?
If the goods have been damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Return the item to us within 14 days, after which we will send a replacement or offer you a refund. Please refer to the instructions and conditions in the terms and conditions.

Please select "Business Orders" when logging in to place an order. In the further ordering process, please enter the cost centre in the designated field.

How do I proceed if I need to order a larger stock of a specific item than available in the webshop?
If you need to order a large stock of an existing Kanadevia Inova branded product (500 pieces, 1000 pieces and more), please contact our Pandinavia Key Account Manager directly and request a quote for the desired quantity.

How do I create a special giveaway for an event that is not listed in the webshop catalogue?
If you would like to design a new Kanadevia Inova branded promotional gift, please first contact our Pandinavia Key Account Manager and co-ordinate the design with them according to our brand guidelines manual as well as the quotation. Once you have received a final design draft from Pandinavia, please make sure to review the design with a Kanadevia Inova MarCom team member before placing your final order.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value. For ecological and economic reasons, we ask you to reduce small orders with low order amounts to a minimum if possible or to combine them with other orders.

What are the shipping costs to Switzerland?
The shipment is done with Swiss Post and the costs for standard delivery are CHF 9.50 per package (excl. VAT).

Can items be shipped abroad?
Foreign shipments are sent with FedEx. Shipments up to 67 kg are possible, for larger shipments please contact us. The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process. The delivery time is approx. 7-14 working days.
Please note that any customs duties or VAT on import are NOT included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. (=DAP delivery)

What do I do if my order cannot be placed in the webshop due to weight restrictions for parcels?
Orders over 70 kg exceed FedEx's standard shipping limit and may cause issues in the webshop, especially with items like mugs, chocolate boxes, backpacks, or wine sets. For larger orders, please contact our support team via the support form so we can assist you with an alternative solution.

How long does delivery take?
Shipments within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein: 1-2 business days
Shipments to Europe (Italy, Germany, UK, France): Usually 3-5 business days

Can I also pick up my order?
The ordered items are delivered directly by the logistics partner. It is therefore not possible to collect the goods.
